What the Cloud Changes

For SunSystems version 6 and up, moving to SunSystems Cloud happens as a like-for-like migration. Your data, chart of accounts structures, analysis dimensions, and existing integrations move across as they are. The core of SunSystems has not changed between your version and the cloud one.

SunSystems below version 6 requires a different approach. Parts of the system are rebuilt rather than just moved to correctly transfer to the cloud environment.

The biggest change becomes apparent after the migration with a range of added benefits of SunSystems Cloud:

  • Automated updates on a regular schedule
  • Zero downtime even during the system update
  • Access all SunSystems Modules included in the subscription price

What It Costs to Migrate to the Cloud

A cost of the SunSystems Cloud migration is based on three separate components,
which vary depending on the project scope.
